Portrait of Passionate Love (激愛の肖像～ポートレート～, Gekiai no -Potoreto-) is a 3 minute special (also referred to as an Omake) that was released on the 5th DVD volume as an extra.
Premise[]
"Hanabusa has the idea to hold elections for the Moon Dorm's President. The candidates are Kaname and the current president, Takuma. Who will win?"[1]
Summary[]
In the Moon Dorm's lounge, Takuma laments that the sleeping Shiki on his shoulder is considered an "Ichijo". Hanabusa is then struck with the thought that that makes him a "Kuran". Over hearing his declaration, Ruka contends that she is more of a Kuran than Hanabusa. The two lock in combative glares; Hanabusa concedes with "That means two against 'Ichijo'." He looks to Kaien and asks which he considers himself. Unable to give him an answer, Hanabusa throws a small fit, waking Shiki who then tells him to shut up.
Later, Takuma and Hanabusa hang posters of the dorm president candidates: Takuma hanging posters of himself, while Hanabusa furiously hangs posters of Kanama. Hanabusa is in the middle of vandalizing Takuma's posters when he hears the tearing of paper. He turns to see Kaname tearing down several of his own posters. Terrified of a possible misunderstanding, Hanabusa becomes tongue-tied while Takuma freely chimes in happily "We're having elections for the Moon Dormitory's president! Kuran's versus Ichijos.". Kanama, to Hanabusa's surprise, thinks is an interesting idea. Hanabusa releases a sigh of relief, right before Kaname announces that he is for the Ichijos. Tearing down another poster, he adds over his shoulder "Do your best, Aido!"
Back in the dorm's lounge, Takuma, Shiki, Kaien, Kaname and Rima are drinking tea. Takuma announces that he is for the Kurans. Alone in the hall of candidate posters, Hanabusa weeps over the lack of interest the others showed for the election. The sound of a door breaks him from thought; Ruka sneaks in in disguise, asking Hanabusa for a poster of Kaname. He comments "You really like Kaname a lot, Ruka." Ruka whispers frantically for him to hand a poster over before Kaname finds out. The day ends with no change to the dorm's presidency.
