Shojo Beat is a former shojo manga anthology magazine published by Viz Media in North America. It notably published the Vampire Knight manga in English.
Vampire Knight publication[]
The first chapter of Vampire Knight was released in the July 2006 issue, and it continued publication until the July 2009 issue which was Shojo Beat's final issue. The final chapter published was 37th Night.
Although the manga magazine ceased publication, the Vampire Knight manga series continued to be released in volumes under Viz Media's Shojo Beat label.

Vampire Knight covers[]
The cover of each Shojo Beat issue commonly featured one of the manga series' currently being published. Vampire Knight had several covers during its run.
Vampire Knight color pages[]
Some chapters in each Shojo Beat issue contained some full-color pages, which were originally released with the Japanese version of the chapter. These color pages are printed on the regular issue paper, rather than on nice photo paper like in Japanese magazines such as LaLa.
The Vampire Knight chapters that included color pages in LaLa were printed with those pages in color in Shojo Beat.
